We all focus on the habits we have to break, like the beers, the pies, the staying up all night.. but forget about those for now, The Gentleman challenge is IN THE HOUSE (well actually, it's online..) to help you build new ones.

You’ve probably heard it before, 21 magical days it takes to cement a new ‘habit’. In the scheme of things we know it's not long, but having tried and stumbled many a times before, we also happen to know it's bloody hard. We’ve taken this difficultly on board and made an app to help you get those new habits across the line.. 30 days of greatness in what we’ve dubbed THE GENTLEMANS CHALLENGE.

The app itself is great: fancy, funny, easy-to-use, the Challenge though, it’s bloody epic (trust us, it’s been a long time in the making, tried and tested) and it’s going to help you become a better version of yourself, especially if you stick with it, because although we’re just a bunch of blokes, we’ve done our research here. We’ve drawn on mental health and wellness experts. But we’ve also chatted to everyday lads to make sure we got this right.

We’re playing the long game here. No band-aid solutions or quick fixes. We want gradual, meaningful change. Practical too. We’re doing this bit by bit and day by day; changing old, ingrained habits for better, healthier, and long-lasting ones. 

End result? you’ll like your new headspace ate, trust us with this.
